• • Only at our store or through our official online platform.
• • Against ready jewellery items available at the time of redemption.

4. Refund Exceptions:

There shall be no refund for:

• • Change of mind
• • Loss of interest
• • Price fluctuation in gold or silver
• • Any reason not aligning with the scheme's original terms
