1. Eligibility:

This scheme is open to all individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Nature of the Scheme:

The scheme allows participants to deposit a fixed amount toward future redemption in the form of gold and silver jewellery only from our store.

3. Redemption Clause:

• • No cash or monetary refund will be provided against the deposited amount.
• • Only jewellery from our available collection can be selected for redemption.
• • Redemption is allowed only after completion of the committed deposit tenure, as agreed upon at the time of enrolment.

4. Early Withdrawal Clause:

• • If the customer initiates a withdrawal request before the tenure ends, no additional benefits, schemes, or bonuses shall be applicable.
• • The deposited amount can only be redeemed against gold or silver jewellery, at the current prevailing rates, without any bonuses or discounts.

5. Price Fluctuations:

• • Jewellery pricing will be subject to daily gold/silver market rates.
• • Making charges and applicable GST will be charged at the time of redemption.

6. Non-Transferable:

The scheme and its benefits are non-transferable and applicable only to the registered participant.

7. Changes to Terms:

The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the scheme or its terms at any time without prior notice.
